FROM ARCHITECTURE TO ANARCHY

I’ve always seen the world in lines, structures, and systems. As an architect, my job was to create order from chaos, to build within the rules. But I quickly realized the most interesting materials weren’t the polished and pristine, but the discarded and overlooked. My focus shifted from what I could build to what I could transform.

My journey into design wasn’t a choice; it was an obsession. I found myself drawn to the raw, rugged texture of industrial rubber—a material destined for the landfill. To others, it was waste. To me, it was a challenge. It was a canvas with a history, a story of its own.

Why rubber? Because it’s unexpected. It’s resilient. It’s a symbol of modern industry that we’ve been trained to throw away.

Artitekt was born in a moment of rebellion. A rebellion against mass production, against disposable culture, and against the idea that luxury has to be delicate. Here in my Amman studio, I don’t just craft accessories; I deconstruct and re-engineer. I take the principles of architecture—structure, form, and function—and apply them to a material that defies convention.

Each piece is a testament to this process. It’s a piece of industrial soul, reborn as a wearable statement. This isn’t just my story; it’s the story of a material’s second chance. It’s an invitation to wear your rebellion.
